We reconcile all transactions on our system with merchants and payment gateways on transaction + 2 working day (excluding Sundays & holidays) basis.
Mahavir E Recharge provides refund if payment is successful or deducted from virtual balance but request not processed successfully. All transactions which have failed and where we have received payment confirmation from the payment gateway and/or merchant &/or our live servers will be automatically tried again and a recharge/service will be granted by the system within 2 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail and/or sms will be sent to your email id/mobile number registered with us. In case we are unable to process your service request /transaction due to a any reason a refund will be processed within 2 working days from the date of transaction and/or a mail/sms will be sent in confirmation. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 4-7 days to post a credit to your account.
This is an automatic process and will be followed in all cases, however, for cases where you have received a success confirmation but not received request completion/recharge and/or payment deducted but received error response and/or for any other case you are welcome to log a complaint by opening a support ticket on our email id firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a reversal/refund request from your login within 7 days of error/failure of transaction/request providing complete details of the complain along with your userid , registered mobile number, transaction ID, nature of complain & other details. we will provide you a quick resolution.
In cases, where you are not satisfied with the resolution. You may submit an escalation ticket on our email id email@example.com Escalation requests will be accepted only after 8 days of the transaction.
Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid service or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed transaction/error on our system and/or any kind of failure to process your request on our system
What if I have excess Mahavir E Recharge Virtual Wallet balance but I don’t want to use it?
It is not possible to convert wallet amount into currency, therefore, no monetary refunds will be done for unused virtual wallet balance. we cannot refund unless there is a problem with recharge/transactions.
Grievances and claims related to the Service should be reported to Mahavir E Recharge within 7 days of your transaction date.
